would I want to use a marsbrook site?
If you are searching for a course, a holiday or to charter
a boat anywhere in the world, we think you would want
to visit one of our sites for the following reasons:
- Our advertisers can provide full,
comprehensive information and photos for their adverts
on our site.
- The convenience of using one site,
with identical layout of information, rather than
having to visit a number of sites (of varying quality).
- We don't take commission or a booking
fee, because you book direct with the company which
allows you more flexibility for negotiation.

How
do you make money?
Each advertiser pays an annual fee to advertise on the
site. When you book, we take no commission from them,
your booking is directly with the company or organisation
concerned..
How
can I be sure that all the companies on your site are
reputable?
We should stress that we do not check each company individually.
If you are worried about this then you should book with
a company who you have heard of, look to gain recommendation
by someone who has used them.
It
would be great if I could check availability on-line
- why can't you do this?
We are checking out the viability of doing this. We
need to know it's what visitors want and also that advertisers
are prepared to regularly maintain it - otherwise it
is of less value than not including it!
I
don't like the style of the site
It's unfortunate, but life is full of disappointments!
We always welcome comments on the site though and indeed
search them out to ensure we are meeting the needs of
our customers. If your comment or suggestion is something
which would be of benefit to the majority of customers
we would be happy to look at changing it. Send any feedback

Why
do some adverts have manufacturers photos on marsbrookboating.com?
We stress to advertisers the importance of providing
photos of the actual boat for charter, as we appreciate
that this is what customers want. However, some are
not able to do this and where photos are absent we will
look to supplement them with manufacturers pictures.
We will continue to gain customer feedback to assess
just how important this element of the site is and will
obviously provide this information to our advertisers.

Using the email address at which you received the newsletter,
hit reply and type the word 'Unsubscribe' in the title
field. We will then remove you from our list.

I
completed an enquiry form and received a standard reply
but haven't had any response from the company
The majority of our advertisers also include their telephone
number. The best route would be to give them a call.
I've
found a broken link, what should I do?
Please, let us know.
We do analyse error reports, so should pick these up
pretty quickly. Though we take the view that, we'd definitely
rather know twice than not at all.
