Europa Holidays is the only RYA recognised windsurfing school and 'Fast Forward' coaching centre on Lake Garda and as such, provides our customers with the high standards of teaching and safety demanded of a recognised teaching establishment.
Most of our instruction is based on small groups at level 1, and one-to-one teaching for higher levels. For ambitious beginners, we run a 'Short Circuit' course, which includes level 1 and an introduction to 'Fast Forward', (the RYA's new dynamic teaching programme). On this course we take the beginner as far as it is possible for them to go in one week.
For intermediate sailors we offer individual 'Fast Forward' coaching to polish and improve skills they tmeselves would like to work on. In most cases, this would include, beach starting, carve gybing and waterstart techniques.
It is helpful to us if those pre-booking personal tuition would indicate the skills they would like to concentrate on.
Accommodation:
Hotels: We can offer our clients a variety of accommodation options from the luxury of a four star Hotel to the homely comforts of a family run guest house. You can book bed and breakfast or a half board option.
Apartments: We have a wide range of apartments to offer from mini-apartments in the centre of Malcesine to three bedroom apartments on the hillside above our centre. Whether the emphasis of your holiday is on sailing and windsurfing or just having a good time eating drinking and sightseeing we can find the location to suit your needs.

| Our hire fleet contains a selection of boards from F2 and Fanatic, all current models, with the Starboard Start and Hifly Primo for beginners. There are usually up to 40 boards in the hire fleet at any one time. Our sails range from Tushingham and Arros, sizes from 5.0m to 8.5m |

Renowned for its two thermic winds, the 'Ora' and the 'Peler', Lake Garda offers conditions to suit every level of windsurfer. Unlike most other Thermic locations, where the wind turns up on sunny summer afternoons, these winds blow throughout the year thanks to its unique location between the Alpine regions of the Italian North and the Pianura (the Lombardy Plain) which stretches all the way from Milan to Venice.
Location
You can travel to Lake Garda by air, by car or by train, all of which, we will be happy to arrange on your behalf. The nearest airport to our centre at Lake Garda is Verona Villafranca where British Airways have a daily flight from London Gatwick. The second airport for Lake Garda is Verona Montichiari at Brescia where Ryan Air have twice daily flights from London Stanstead. Alternative airports are Bergamo, Milan or Venice, which incur a transfer time of between two to four hours. Car Hire is available from all airports and can be booked for you by Robert Webb Travel Ltd. We can arrange transfers from our local airports.
