RYA Sailing School

Gocek Sea School Turkey is situated in the international known picturesque village of Gocek which is only 25 minutes drive from Dalaman Airport. We were the first RYA recognised sea school in Turkey and the longest running training centre on Turkeys turquoise coast.

All RYA practical and theory sailing courses are run throughout the year in this well sheltered part of paradise. Our instructors are fully qualified, very experienced and known for their skill and cheerfulness. The standard 7night/6day course includes breakfast and lunch in the price. Our aim is to get you sailing safety as soon possible.

Our clients tell us at the end of the courses that they have had an informative and fun week learning so many new skills in this ideal learning environment, And they keep coming back time and time again.

Our fleet of boats range from Feeling 32's to Dufour 36 to Bavaria 44. Gocek Sea School runs both private and group courses. Private courses can nominate the boat they wish to use. All our boats are equipped and maintained to international standards.

Our Sailing Courses:

All Practical courses adher to the non-tidal syllabus which are the only practical RYA courses available in the Mediterranean (with the exception of Competent Crew which makes no distinction between tidal and non-tidal). All courses begin on a Monday evening and finish the following Monday morning.
