How do I renew?
Our aim is to make renewing your advert simple. For
full information renewing please visit our
renewal page
I paid for my advert
by credit card last year. Do you keep the details on file?
No we don't. All credit card payments are processed securely by WorldPay in a processs which you can do yourself.
I want to renew my
advert but I currently have 5 boats profiled and would like
to reduce this to 3. What should I do?
When you confirm you would like to renew, inform us of the changes and we will re-calculate your price based on this information.
I would like to renew
but would also like to amend my advert. Should I wait to do
both at the same time?
Amending your advert at the same time as renewing is logical
- it allows you to check your advert is up to date. If, however,
the amendments are delaying your renewal, we would recommend
you to renew first and then worry about the amends later.
This is better than your pages being removed from the site,
pending receipt of amends and payment.
I currently advertise
3 boats for charter with you. I'd like to increase this to
7 - do you do volume discounts?
Yes we do. Please contact
us for details.
What happens if my
advert expires before I renew?
When your advert expires, it will be removed from the site
and all of the summary listing pages on the site, until such
time as we receive payment.
How many amends can
I make to my advert in a year?
We anticipate that once an advert is approved there would
be few reasons to change it, but we're realistic enough to
appreciate that sometimes, changes are inevitable. We only
ask that your amendments are reasonable. Updating prices,
contact information, adding a new photo, or changing a paragraph
in your company page, for example would not be charged. Changing
your boat profile for a different boat, would be chargeable.
I'm about 3 months
into my year's advert and I want to amend my prices for next
year. How do I do this?
The short answer is - just tell us. There are a couple of
ways you can do this, depending on your preference. Visit
our amends page to find a method to
suit you!
